Shipping Policy

At ISERAE LTD, we aim to process, carefully package and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Order processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, product launches or exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you.

Delivery

Available shipping services, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on the customer’s delivery address and the items being purchased.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after an order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking information where tracking is available for the selected service.

Pre-orders

Products clearly marked as Pre-order are not currently available for immediate dispatch. Any expected release or availability date displayed on the product page is an estimate and may change due to the publisher, manufacturer, distributor or supplier.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, dispatch arrangements may depend on the shipping option and items ordered.

International orders

International delivery options and applicable charges are shown at checkout where available. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to an international shipment will be handled according to the terms displayed during checkout and the destination country’s requirements.

Incorrect addresses

Customers should check their delivery address carefully before completing their order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@iserae.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
