Refund & Return Policy


At ISERAE, we take pride in providing authentic manga and collectibles packaged carefully for collectors and fans.


Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.


To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused and in original condition

- Items must include original packaging

- Items must not show signs of damage caused after delivery

- Return requests must include proof of purchase


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please include:

- clear photos of the packaging

- photos of the damaged item

- your order number


Claims submitted without photographic evidence may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Collector Condition Notice


Many products sold by ISERAE are collector items and manga box sets. Minor manufacturer imperfections, slight shelf wear, or small packaging marks may occur during production or transit and do not automatically qualify as damage.


We carefully package all orders to minimize transit risk.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:

- opened or used products

- sealed products that have been opened

- clearance or sale items

- gift cards

- digital products

- pre-order deposits


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention


ISERAE reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.


We maintain shipment records, tracking information, packaging evidence, and delivery confirmation for all orders.


False claims of non-delivery, unauthorized transactions, or item condition disputes may be reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities where applicable.


Lost or Delayed Shipments


Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier service.


If a parcel is delayed or lost, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue before refunds or replacements are issued.

 

Cancellations


Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.


Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear depending on your payment provider.
