At ISERAE, we carefully package all manga and collectibles to ensure they arrive safely and in the best possible condition.


Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


Processing Times


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.


During high-demand periods, new releases, restocks, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.



Shipping Methods


We use trusted courier services for all shipments.


Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.


Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:

- courier delays

- weather conditions

- customs processing

- peak seasonal demand

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees 

Packaging Standards


All orders are packaged carefully using protective materials designed to reduce the risk of damage during transit.


Collector items, manga box sets, and premium products may receive additional protective packaging where necessary.



Tracking Information


Tracking information will be provided for eligible orders once dispatched.


Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring accurate shipping information is provided during checkout.


Incorrect Addresses


ISERAE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

- additional shipping fees may apply

- refunds may exclude original shipping costs


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels


Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery operations are managed by the shipping provider.


If a parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, ISERAE will assist in opening an investigation with the courier before refunds or replacements are considered.


Claims for missing parcels may require:

- delivery confirmation review

- courier investigation

- customer cooperation


Fraudulent claims may be disputed.


International Shipping


International customers are responsible for:

- customs fees

- import taxes

- duties

- local handling charges


ISERAE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Pre-Orders


Pre-order items will ship once stock arrives and becomes available.


If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch unless stated otherwise.


Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages


Customers must report damaged deliveries within 48 hours of delivery.


Please provide:

- clear photos of packaging

- photos of damaged items

- order number


Failure to provide evidence may affect claim eligibility.
